Importance of Sharing

Mental Health Awareness Week

It is so important to talk, share and bring awareness to Mental Health. I wish I would have asked for support and shared my concerns when I wasn’t feeling well. It took me to a place where I was so weak that I could not get out of bed. And to ask for support and seek help has saved my life. This week is Mental Health Awareness Week and I would like to encourage everyone to look after their Mental Health and seek advice, help and most importantly share your concerns about your well being. No one should struggle in silence there is a help and so much support available.

I really wish to talk more about Mental Health and importance of it. But can never find rights words or any words that could be helpful I think. Because I feel like who am I to talk about Mental Health when my own Anxiety, Sensory Sensitivity, Eating Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder controls my life and makes so many decisions in my place. I am not an expert on mental health. I have to take my life one day at the time actually one task at the time.

I am beyond thankful and grateful for the support that has been available to me by a team of Doctors, Psychologists, Pshychrists, Eating Disorder Specialists and Autistic Spectrum Disorder team. Their work is so valuable and has saved my life. I hope and wish one day I will be healthy again, free and able to fully make my own decisions without illness.

And now on some happy moments. My happy place is being in nature, by sea wearing a pastel colours princess dress and some rose gold or pretty pink accessories are always fun, amazing and lifts my mood instantly. Here are some of my current wishlist dresses.

Sending you lots of love xx
