Current Hair, Skincare and Some Wishes

We have a snow day in Brighton! Everything is so white and so pretty but it is so cold, today and yesterday these are my first proper snow days and wintertime in Brighton! Today’s post I thought it would be great to share some of my current skincare loves. Last time I wrote about my beauty faves was a long time ago last year summertime, you can see the post here.

I know this post is about skincare but I wish to share my current haircare favourites as well. And my hair has new highlights! I got my courage together and went to hairdressers nearby and an absolute star a lady hairdresser did my highlights and they look so amazing. Unfortunately, our appointment ended with me having a panic attack, therefore, we didn’t manage to do a cut but next time maybe I will be strong enough to have both highlights and a cut. I have been trying out John Frieda Highlights Activating Shampoo and Conditioner haircare products and these are amazing! My go-to hair oil right now is OGX Argan Oil of Morocco, it is really good!

I love micellar water and currently, I am using Simple Kind To Skin Micellar Cleansing Water. I like to switch skincare products around and try new things but with micellar water, I will always try one that I haven’t used before. My recent discovery and new loves are Rodial Bee Venom Cleansing Balm and L’Oréal Paris L’Oreal Paris Pure Clay Detox face mask. And my all-time faves are L’Oréal Paris Skin Expert Hydra Genius Aloe Water face gel (I use the one for normal to combination skin) and Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair Synchronized Recovery Complex is amazing skincare products! Have been using the latter two for ages.

Kiki Health Magnesium oil is not entirely skincare product it is great for the extra supplement of Magnesium and improves my sleep. I just started using the oil but I think it will stick around for long. And not to forget hand cream, as someone who has a sensitive skin on hands it is important for me to use rich cream and moisturising, I like Palmer’s Coconut Formula Hand Cream.

What do you like to pamper your skin with at this time of the year?

Happy Snow day! Lots of love xx
